The Committee on Pensions and Retirement moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:
S. B. 134 - " A Bill to amend and reenact §18-7A-13a, §18-7A- 14 and §18-7A-23 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the State Teachers Retirement System; requiring employers to provide information for contributions to the State Teachers Retirement System; and clarifying terms in the State Teachers Retirement System . "
